Dear Patient, we provide comprehensive dental care at the highest level. However, even the most expertly performed dental treatment can suffer damage or wear if left without proper care and follow-ups. That is why we place the utmost importance on appropriate health prevention and proper treatment planning – it is easier and more cost-effective to prevent diseases than to treat them.
Confident in our expertise and the world-class materials and technologies we use, we provide the following warranties for the work performed at our clinic:
Conservative Treatment – Fillings:
- 1-year warranty (this can be extended to 3 years if all teeth are treated and restored within 6 months according to the treatment plan).
Prosthetic Treatment:
- Post and cores (metal) – 2 years.
- Fixed prosthetic restorations (crowns and bridges) – 5 years.
- Removable acrylic dentures – 1 year.
- In cases of remaining untreated tooth loss – 3 months only.
Implant Treatment:
- Dental implants – 5–10 years.
- Prosthetic restorations on implants – 5 years.
- In cases of remaining untreated tooth loss – the warranty is shortened to 6 months.
- Mandatory follow-up visits must take place every 6–8 months.
Condition of Warranty: The warranty is subject to regular professional hygiene appointments (scaling and fluoridation) every 6 months. These visits are subject to a fee. Upon the patient's request, we send SMS reminders about upcoming hygiene appointments.
The warranty does not cover:
- Temporary restorations.
- Procedures performed at the patient's explicit request where the patient was informed about limited or no warranty.
- Partial restorations that lead to overloading of the prosthetic area.
- Tooth fractures occurring between visits (during ongoing treatment) or teeth not prosthetically restored after root canal treatment.
- Damage resulting from bone loss or other medical conditions that negatively impact the teeth.
